Big news in the customer experience and voice of the customer (VoC) space: PG Forsta is acquiring InMoment.
InMoment, with 700+ employees listed on LinkedIn, adds significant scale to PG Forsta, already a combination of Confirmit, FocusVision, and Dapresy, under Press Ganey.
The deal creates a sizeable number 3 player, with nearly 2,000 employees and over $500M in revenue (my estimate), in a space historically dominated by Qualtrics and Medallia.
This consolidation underscores a broader trend: as data becomes the fuel of AI, VoC platforms are gaining importance. But to fully participate in a converging CX landscape, they must flex their muscles and gain scale.
