Founded to bring precision and predictability to the quarterly revenue cadence, Clari started with predictive forecasting, analytics, and deal management in one integrated platform. This solved the number one pain point expressed by sales leaders regarding managing unreliable spreadsheet-based forecasting processes.
Since then, Clari has made several acquisitions to expand its platform. With added capabilities for buyer-seller alignment, conversation intelligence, and now sales engagement, Clari has built an integrated revenue operations platform designed for all revenue roles - from frontline sellers to the C-Suite.
A key differentiator is Clari's underlying revenue database. It snapshots CRM and activity data every 15 minutes into a time series database to power its machine learning algorithms that drive predictive analytics for pipeline creation, deal forecasting, and revenue performance.
The vision moving forward is to connect revenue insights to immediate actions in a closed-loop system within Clari—for example, instantly turning deal risks or coverage gaps into an engagement campaign, triggered right inside the rep workflow.
With over 1,600 customers, Clari has successfully expanded beyond its initial technology vertical focus into financial services, professional services, healthcare, and life sciences—crossing the chasm from niche to mainstream adoption across industries.
